I wanted to show my appreciation to Zane, the manager, for providing such accommodating and friendly customer service. He was fantastic with accommodating my children’s needs and made us feel very welcome. The food and drinks were great value, with very reasonable prices for the wine and beers. My kids especially loved the kids’ menu and the affordable pricing. Overall, it was a wonderful experience thanks to Zane and the team. Highly recommend!

Love the mushroom pizza and the dessert. Zane and Joanna have excellent service and he was very kind to my daughter. The face painting/balloon maker is very talented and lovely. Will be back.

Special shout out to Sam who delivered great hospitality tonight when I ordered my takeaway meal. Sam not only listened to my request well, he went above and beyond to ensure my meal was kept warm as I was unsure of when I would be back as I was waiting on clothes to dry in a nearby laundromat. Sam got the chef to wrap my meal in foil. The meal was still warm and tasted beautiful. Good work Sam and chef appreciate your efforts.

We've been a couple of times now and are very happy with our experience. The kids area is excellent, the meals both times have been great! And the bar staff have had excellent service! Also a Shout out to Josh at the bar for showing me how to use the pub+ app which got me a discount off drinks. I appreciate the help

Had lunch today . The venue looks really good after the new fit out. Food was great and the staff were really helpful and friendly and a big shout out to the manager Eric who was extremely friendly and accommodating. Will definitely be back and will recommend to friends .

New restaurant and play area are really good. Food was tasty and didn't take too long given how busy it was. Ice cream bar a hit. And PK the magician was excellent with the kids. Made a great finish to lunch

I honestly can’t say enough good things about the Springwood Hotel. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly accommodating and genuinely welcoming — nothing was too much trouble, and you could feel that they actually cared about the experience. The food was next level. Not only was it absolutely delicious, but the portion sizes were huge — easily some of the best value for money I’ve ever had at a pub. You definitely don’t leave hungry! The recent renovation is stunning. The whole place feels fresh, modern, and beautifully designed — it’s got such an aesthetic, high-end vibe while still being relaxed and comfortable. You can tell a lot of thought has gone into the space. Overall, the atmosphere, the service, and the quality of food make this place stand out big time. I’d come back here again and again without hesitation. Highly recommend!

We had a wonderful Mother’s Day dinner at the Bistro with my wife and children. Although the venue was fully booked, Zane was incredibly welcoming and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure my wife’s food allergies didn’t affect her dining experience. A special mention also to Joanna for her outstanding customer service. She took the time to clarify exactly what my wife could and couldn’t eat, regularly checking with the kitchen to make sure everything was prepared correctly. The online ordering system didn’t provide an option to request gluten-free salt and pepper calamari, but the team happily prepared a fresh gluten-free version for us without any trouble. Overall, the food was excellent, the service was exceptional, and the atmosphere was fantastic. We’ll definitely be back again.

Was extremely happy with Springwood Hotel. Friendly vibe, staff and service. Food portion was huge. Very satisfying and also the dessert bar was quite fascinating. One of the server's (Rose) went above and beyond to make sure we had an incredible experience. 5 stars for Rose 😊

5 Stars For Great Customer Service! We ate here tonight for the first time since the changeover from Feast. Obviously the fresh fit-out is lovely and the venue feels like it has new life. The kids area is fantastic and they had a wonderfully skilled face painter doing free face paints. The kids area has changed over from the paid arcade type games to free and engaging activities and the playground is still the playground. We ordered a couple of kids meals, a 250g Rump and the steak sandwich. The steak was mildly disappointing but that was well outweighed by the exceptional customer service; the waitress casually asked us how our meal was and we were honest but said we didn't feel the need to complain! She took that straight to the Restaurant Manager Zane, who came over to introduce himself and get our feedback. He made a great effort to hear our thoughts and offered us all desserts to make up for the meal that to be honest, was really not that bad! Great service. Decent pub food. Lovely & Comfortable Family atmosphere. We will return!
